What we look for in a candidate?
|

|
You need not have worked as a Search or Recruitment Consultant to be eligible for consideration. As a matter of
fact, almost all our Consultants have not been in consulting before they joined us. All we require is a sound
educational background in areas as varied as management, commerce, accountancy, psychology or engineering and
a career background in any field. These could be as diverse as banking, accounting, education, finance,
manufacturing, consulting or sales and marketing of products/services.
In addition, it would be essential that you possess good oral and written communication abilities, strong
interpersonal skills, an abundance of enthusiasm, willingness to take independent responsibility for business
goals, a positive proactive attitude and, most importantly, the will to "make the difference" for our clients.
Ideally, you should be between 25 to 32 years of age with a track record of success and a keen desire to enter
this new, exciting and rapidly expanding profession. If selected, you would be placed in a position and grade
appropriate to your qualification and experience.
